Managed Resource Fund Agreement
Issues that fall outside the standard break/fix cover are covered by the inclusion of a Managed Resource Fund Agreement. The Managed Resource Fund is made up of units of time which can be used for services such as:
- Software support:
— Operating System and components e.g. Windows, Exchange, ISA Server
— Anti-Virus and Firewall assistance
— Patches
- Configuration of existing equipment
- Backup systems and software
- Health check
- Additional resources for internal support staff
The advantage of the MRF is that if a customer does not require support outside of break/fix they can still utilise their investment by availing of other services.
