Datapac - History

Established in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford in 1982, Datapac provides a nationwide service for IT products, solutions and services throughout Ireland, with offices in Wexford, Dublin and Belfast since 1990.

In 2007, Datapac expanded its operation in Enniscorthy to a 1600 sq. metres, purpose-built facility in Quarrypark. The new building has cutting-edge, energy efficient technology such as a geo-thermal air-conditioning system and was shortlisted in the 2008 ICT Excellence Award category 'Green IT Initiative'.

In 2008, the Dublin based, information technologies business moved to a purpose-built facility (150 sq. metres) in Robinhood, alongside the Dublin Consumables business.

Today Datapac employs over 150 people and has more than 6,000 active business customers from a broad spectrum of industries, which includes public/government bodies, international organisations, corporations and small-to-medium sized businesses.
