BREAK/FIX
Break/Fix comprises the following elements but is also customisable to your needs.
- Hardware/software support - Datapac can provide break/fix maintenance on all listed equipment, covering both or a combination of:
- Hardware maintenance
- Operating systems software
- Systems recovery – this includes the diagnoses, management and restoration of critical hardware.
- Replacement maintenance stock - includes the provision and installation of replacement parts and/or equipment of equivalent functionality where the item cannot be repaired onsite. Equipment for repair is fixed in the Datapac Service Centre and then returned to site. This ensures constant business continuity and minimises downtime.
- Access to Datapac Support Centre – calls will be logged through the Datapac Support Centre. If the call cannot be resolved remotely an engineer is dispatched to the site and the problem is reviewed and resolved.
- Customised SLA – Datapac proposes specific SLA response time for all listed equipment.
