Managed Print is just one element of the growing trend toward outsourcing IT services. Like other managed services, it enables increased productivity, reduced IT complexity, reduced costs and allows the organisation to concentrate on their core business.

While most organisations routinely monitor their IT infrastructures for potential problems and opportunities, in Datapac’s experience far fewer monitor their imaging and printing environments. Many organisations do not realise the enormity of their investments in print delivery, distribution and storage.
