We can efficiently monitor, update, and troubleshoot any issues affecting your network (over a secure internet connection) and, with automatic alerts, can respond quickly to technical matters at your site.
Monitoring of the following can be included in this service:
• Server hardware, routers, switches and firewalls
• Operating system critical errors
• Internet and email failures
• Back-up completion success and failure.
Optional management items can be added to your contract including:
• Updates of patches, service packs and critical updates
• Anti-virus update verification
• Backup checks
• Infrastructure performance assessment such as a server running low on disk space, processing power or memory.
• Errors and alerts will be monitored by Datapac, as well as logging all critical alerts with the service desk to be managed appropriately.
Quarterly/monthly reports will be provided summarising:
• the number of errors and alerts recorded and resolved
• the number of calls logged with our support centre.
