Break/Fix

Datapac provides ICT hardware maintenance and support with varying levels of cover available to meet your requirements.  This is available as a standalone Break/Fix agreement or as part of an all encompassing ICT Support solution which includes Managed Services.

As the level of cover is customisable you can choose as little or as much protection for your ICT hardware as you require.  The level of cover can be designed to meet your business priorities and budget ensuring appropriate peace of mind.

The provision of Datapac’s well established ICT support service across hundreds of customer sites nationwide is supported by strategic locations in Dublin, Belfast and Wexford combined with three service hubs in Cork, Limerick and Galway positioned for efficient service delivery across the country.  Our ability to deliver a seamless service nationwide is supported by our workshop, stock holding, logistical and warehousing capabilities.  

Service Workshop 

Datapac has two purpose built ICT service workshop locations, based in Dublin and Wexford. Both workshops are resourced by qualified service engineers and have on hand a large stock availability of ICT equipment and parts. Industry standard ESD workbenches are in use in both workshops and these benches are configured for all service requirements including but not limited to standard server/PC servicing, PC imaging, tape drive testing and printer testing.

Service Stock

Datapac holds a stock of service parts encompassing over 25,000 individual items and support over 1200 servers nationwide.  Services available include but are not limited to, the provision of full replacements and the availability of response times as quick as two hours onsite. Datapac has direct access to all leading international suppliers of ICT parts ensuring an efficient procurement facility.

Logistics & Warehousing
Logistics are delivered next day, nationwide.  Datapac’s Dublin warehousing facility is over 20,000 sq ft in capacity. It houses over 7,000 distinct products and is stocked with in excess of 300,000 individual items. In addition to this Datapac has warehousing capacity at both it’s Dublin and Wexford ICT service workshops with a combined additional capacity in excess of 4000 sq ft.
