This remote monitoring and management is carried out from our Network Operating Centre (NOC), which is located at our Support Centre. We also offer advanced installation, configuration, support and pro-active problem prevention services.
Over 3,500 calls are logged per month, with 45% of all calls resolved remotely. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, an engineer will be dispatched to site within the agreed SLA to complete the problem resolution.
