Terms and conditions in relation to goods sold
All goods sold shall remain the sole and absolute property of Datapac Ltd, Datapac Systems Ltd, Datapac Business Solutions Ltd, Datapac Consumables Ltd until unconditional payment in full has been received by Datapac Ltd, Datapac Systems Ltd, Datapac Business Solutions Ltd, Datapac Consumables Ltd for the goods sold and all other monies due to Datapac Ltd, Datapac Systems Ltd, Datapac Business Solutions Ltd, Datapac Consumables Ltd.

Datapac Ltd, Datapac Systems Ltd, Datapac Business Solutions Ltd, Datapac Consumables Ltd retain the right to enter any premises in order to repossess and remove any goods in the event of non-payment.

Any shortage or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.
