The Role in Brief

The Customer Services Representative is the key point of contact on campus for students, library and academic staff in respect to their managed printing services. The day-to-day role involves daily helpdesk support, training new students on printing systems/devices, conducting daily health checks of the devices across campus, and escalating any technical issues to the technical team.

This entry-level role provides excellent training and development opportunities if you are a hardworking and flexible individual.

This role will ideally suit you if:

You have previous customer facing experience and enjoy helping others.

You are self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You will enjoy working autonomously and taking responsibility for the issues on your site.

A full driving licence is desirable but not essential
