The Role in Brief

The Customer Service Representative supports our internal and external customers by providing prompt resolution of customer service queries. The day to day role involves liaising via phone, email and face to face with customers and using problem solving skills to handle returns, deliveries and customer queries.

This is an entry level role that, with the support of the wider team provides excellent training and development opportunities if you are a hardworking and flexible individual.
