The Role in Brief

The IT Support Engineer role provides proactive support and resolves reactive tickets with excellent friendly service for our valued customers who see us as an extension of their own organisation. The day to day role involves solving customer issues remotely over the phone or via email and working on a range of end user technical issues. In this role you will work with services and solutions that use technology platforms from Microsoft, HP Enterprise, HP, Cisco, VM Ware, Sophos and Datto. Extensive industry training and certification is provided with emphasis on developing your career within Datapac.

This role will ideally suit you if:

-You have 1-2 years’ experience working as an ICT Support Engineer in a customer focused service centre or

– You have a recent qualification in ICT qualification and are looking to get some practical industry experience
