Onsite Customer Service Representative (Dublin-Based)

Job Description

This position would suit someone who enjoys dealing with clients and customers, who likes variety and is thorough in their work. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be the face for our customers to approach with any queries. You will also be proactive in ensuring that each customer site is checked and is running smoothly. A driving license will be essential due to the field based nature of the role. There are strong progression and development opportunities associated with the role. Both formal and on the job training on the printing devices will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for multiple customers in respect to their managed printing services.
  • Conduct daily health checks on all printing devices
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues before contacting the technical escalation team
  • Replenish stock
  • Ordering supplies
  • Conduct stock counts
  • Submit end of day reports


  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • A full driving license
  • Minimum of leaving certificate


  • Technical troubleshooting experience
  • An interest in technology
