Location: Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford (5 days in the office)

What You’ll be doing:
- Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits and technical service requests.
- Prioritising and allocating work based on customer requirements, SLA commitments, and resource availability.
- Monitoring ticket queues, service performance, and delivery timelines.
- Liasing with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve scheduling issues.
- Supporting the coordination of projects, technical resources, suppliers, and third-party partners.
- Producing service reports and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Identifying service risks and escalating issues where required.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with company processes and ISO standards.
What We’re looking for:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- 2 + years’ experience in a customer focused service coordination or scheduling role
- 2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with IT service management processes, ITIL principles, and ITSM tools
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of service levels and customer commitments
- A proactive, positive, and solutions focused approach
- ITIL Certification is desirable; willingness to achieve it within 12 months is essential
