Most people have causes they care about. A local club, a community organisation, a charity that has touched their life or the lives of people they love. The desire to give back is there, but what often gets in the way is time.

Volunteering means giving up a weekend or dipping into annual leave, and for people already balancing work, family, and everything else that comes with a full life, that is a real ask. Our Community Contribution Initiative exists because we think that should not be the barrier it is.

Every member of the Datapac team receives three additional paid days of leave each year, separate from their annual leave entitlement, to volunteer with the cause of their choosing.

Three days that belong entirely to you, to spend however feels right. Showing up for causes that matter is important to us. We simply want to make it easier for you to be there.

Our Team Giving Back

“Sports and Youth Club”

Every summer, our club runs a camp for kids aged six to twelve. It's a great week of games and skill-building. You get to see the kids' confidence grow. There's a real sense of community around it. Coaching takes time and effort, but it's always worth it when you see the smiles at the end of the week.
