End-User Devices

Business devices sourced to suit your users, your standards, and the way you work

Request a Quote

End-user device procurement is rarely just about buying a laptop. For most organisations, it is about making sure users receive the right device, the estate remains consistent over time, and replacements are straightforward when older models reach end of life.

We help our customers source business laptops, desktop PCs, tablets, mobile devices, and the everyday peripherals that support them. We work with customers to supply reliable hardware from leading manufacturers.

When a customer approaches us with an end-user device query, they benefit from the ability to describe what they need in practical terms and have us recommend, quote, and supply the right solution quickly. Whether the requirement is a planned refresh, a phased rollout, or a smaller replacement order, we help simplify device procurement and maintain continuity across the estate.

How We Work With Customers

Most device procurement begins with a practical requirement rather than a detailed specification. Organisations may need to refresh ageing hardware, replace a failed device, or equip a team with compatible accessories.

We work with our customers to understand the requirement and provide clear recommendations and quotations. Devices and accessories are sourced through our established vendor and distributor network, supported by our Dublin-based warehouse and supply chain capability.

For organisations purchasing devices on a recurring basis, this approach helps maintain consistency as older models are replaced and device standards evolve over time.

Where required, Datapac can also support additional preparation services such as device configuration or imaging.

At end of life, we take care of responsible retirement of old hardware. As a WEEE registered organisation, Datapac supports compliant device disposal and works with programmes such as HP Planet Partners to promote reuse, refurbishment, and recycling.
