Technical Services Engineer – Cork

What You’ll be doing:
  • Working closely with internal technical teams and onsite customers
  • Owning service requests, incidents, and problem tickets through to completion
  • Tickets may encompass remote support, deskside services delivered as part of the Print Support Team, reactive field-based break/fix interventions, and proactive preventive maintenance activities
  • Support senior engineers on new hardware deployments and refresh projects, including hardware setup and staging across both print and personal computing environments
  • Occasionally travel outside assigned region, depending on service and project requirements
What We’re looking for:
  • Experience in Hardware/Break Fix is essential
  • Experience in Strong PC/Laptop repair is an advantage
  • Positive and proactive attitude to learn
  • Full clean manual driving licence
