Users can scan documents on Datapac managed MFPs and have them stored securely until they are ready to download. Users can access and download their files through the Smart Scan client application or through their web browser. Network bandwidth is often a barrier to the central administration of printers in remote sites. With our solutions as long as they have an internet connection; wireless or cabled, you minimise the need for network capacity locally as pending documents are stored locally on the user’s computer until the user authenticates and collects the print job at any network printer.
