The Datapac Support Centre/NOC

Using the very latest technologies, Datapac will monitor, update and troubleshoot your ICT infrastructure via a secure remote connection. This remote monitoring and management is carried out from our Support Centre.  We also offer advanced installation, configuration, support and pro-active problem prevention services.

Over 4,000 calls are logged per month, with 75% of all calls resolved remotely. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, an engineer will be dispatched to site within the agreed SLA to complete the problem resolution.
