Fixed Price ERP

Fixed Price ERP

ERP implementation with fixed scope, fixed timeline, and fixed cost

Book a Consultation

For many growing organisations, the move to ERP is delayed for one reason: uncertainty. Traditional ERP projects are known for changing scope, rising costs, and timelines that extend far beyond the original plan.

Our fixed-price ERP solution is designed to remove that uncertainty. For organisations currently relying on spreadsheets or disconnected systems, it provides a structured and predictable route to ERP, with clearly defined scope, timeline, and cost agreed from the outset.

ERP with a Defined Scope, Timeline, and Cost

A structured implementation model for growing organisations that need the benefits of ERP without the uncertainty traditionally associated with it.

Why Many Organisations Delay ERP

Many organisations delay ERP because of its reputation for cost overruns and unclear pricing. Without defined scope and structure, projects can quickly move beyond initial expectations.

As requirements are uncovered during implementation, scope can grow, leading to additional cost, complexity, and extended timelines.

ERP is often viewed as a major operational change, with fears that implementation will interrupt normal business activity.

Many SMEs assume ERP is too complex or too costly to be viable, even when their current systems are no longer fit for purpose.

See how we provide ERP that fits your budget, your timelines, and your business.

Designed for Organisations New to ERP

Our approach is designed for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools but do not require a heavily customised ERP environment.

By focusing on a defined scope and a proven implementation model, we deliver core ERP capability in a way that is faster, clearer, and easier to manage.

Structured from Discovery to Go-Live

We begin by confirming fit, defining scope, and setting clear expectations before the project starts.

This upfront structure allows the implementation to proceed within agreed boundaries, ensuring the project remains controlled, predictable, and aligned to the organisation’s needs.

ERP Without Surprises. Here's How

The functionality and processes included in the project are clearly defined before implementation begins, ensuring there are no unexpected additions or changes.

A realistic delivery timeframe is agreed upfront, allowing the organisation to plan with confidence and avoid open-ended project timelines.

Pricing is fixed based on agreed scope, removing the risk of budget overruns as the project progresses.

What will be delivered, and how it will support the organisation, is clearly outlined from the outset.

Support arrangements are defined in advance, ensuring the organisation is supported as the system becomes part of day-to-day operations.

Questions about Fixed Price ERP?

Not necessarily. Our approach with this offering delivers the core, essential functionality needed to elevate organisations beyond operating from spreadsheets and disparate systems, and in those instances it offers great value. However, for complex needs a more tailored ERP approach may be required, which we are also happy to assist with.

This model relies on clearly defined scope. Any changes outside of that scope would be assessed separately to ensure the core project remains controlled.

The precise timeline will vary slightly between organisations, however in our experience the average is 6-8 weeks. However, due to our rigorous approach, once the initial discovery has been complete and the scope agreed customers receive a concrete timeline from project commencement to go-live.

The implementation is designed to minimise disruption, with a structured approach that allows the organisation to continue operating while the system is introduced.

This implementation is delivered using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, configured to match the organisation’s requirements.
