We deploy fully integrated Teams Room solutions that create a one-touch join experience, where starting or joining a meeting requires minimal steps and the room behaves consistently every time it is used.
Inclusive Hardware
The hardware in a meeting room determines the quality of the experience for every participant. We work primarily with Poly, a HP company. Smart cameras with automatic speaker tracking, high-quality audio bars, and properly specified room displays are selected and configured for the specific room, not applied as a generic package.

Rather than relying on a laptop brought into the room, the space itself is configured to run Teams meetings natively through a room controller and dedicated display.
